Multi Skilled Carpenter

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their team on a temporary basis based working on social housing contracts. The successful Multi Skilled Carpenter will ideally have experience working on void properties and be competent in Joinery, patch plastering, plumbing and tiling.

The successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will be mainly working in the Blackpool area but will also be expected to travel to Preston, Southport, Morecambe and Lancaster so travel is involved in the role.

This role comes with a van and fuel card and pays £21.20PH CIS.

- NVQ L2 or above in Joinery
- Skilled and in date CSCS card
- Basic DBS (We can process this for you)
- Experience working as a Multi on social housing or domestic contracts
- UK Driving License
- Competent in joinery, plumbing, patch plastering and tiling
