Head chef required for a busy modern restaurant offering high quality fresh food situated in East Yorkshire. This restaurant has a good name for itself locally and is always busy, which is great in the current market. The role:
As a head chef you will manage a team of 6 chefs, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen. You will be responsible for : Menu planning, Stock control, Hygiene and cleanliness, Costings, Ordering, Rotas, Recruitment and Training junior chefs. This head chef role is a hands on head chef role and it is a busy venue. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background within a restaurant that cooks European food including pasta dishes and pizzas. You will be organised, able to manage a team of 6 chefs and fresh food background.
