Job Overview:

We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leaders to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience in a production or factory setting, looking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a production line team of approximately 8 operatives

* Operate production machinery and assist with resolving technical issues

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards

* Foster a positive team culture and support individual performance and development
