We are looking for two ambitious and client-focused Residential Conveyancers to join a growing and supportive property team in Cheshire.

Whether you are newly qualified with hands-on conveyancing experience or a highly skilled conveyancer with years of expertise, this role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring excellent client service at all times.

* Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

* Proactively manage files, meeting financial, billing, and service level targets.

* Supervise and support junior team members where required, including file reviews.

* Engage in business development to help grow the team’s caseload and client base.

* Ensure compliance with professional conduct rules, internal policies, and risk management procedures.

* Maintain accurate records on the firm’s case management system.

About You

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner in residential conveyancing

* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures.

* Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.

* A proactive approach with the ability to balance quality service with financial targets.

* Willingness to contribute to business development and team growth.
