Senior Structural Engineer

£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Direct access to board-level mentoring and a clear path to becoming chartered.

You'll work closely with experienced leaders who will support your development and give you real responsibility from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience in designing a wide range of buildings, from residential to commercial projects up to £10m in value.

Enjoy hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. The new office in Bristol means you'll have plenty of opportunities to progress, with a smaller team where your contributions will be noticed and rewarded.

What you'll do

Design structural solutions for various building types, using modern software and methods

Produce detailed reports and calculations that demonstrate your technical expertise

*

Manage projects from start to finish, giving you valuable leadership experience

*

Work closely with clients and other professionals, building your network and reputation

*

Support the company's expansion into Bristol and help shape the new office

What you'll need

*

A degree in Civil Engineering

*

At least two years' UK design consultancy experience

*

Experience with Eurocodes and structural design software
