About the Role
As an Art Teacher, your duties will include:
• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 as an option.
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that explore a range of media.
• Supporting students in developing technical skills and individual expression.
• Encouraging students to participate in art clubs, exhibitions, and competitions.
• Contributing to curriculum planning and department development.
• Collaborating with a committed and passionate Arts faculty.
Experience and Qualifications
• Art or Design-related degree with QTS/PGCE
• Strong artistic portfolio and subject knowledge
• Creativity, innovation, and a nurturing teaching style
• Eagerness to support students of all backgrounds and abilities
Salary
The role is paid to scale – MPS/UPS, based on experience.
