Salary: £25,000-£28,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, with a particular focus on accurate data entry and professional written communication. 

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management:

Accurately input and update data into various company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Generate reports and summaries from data as required by management.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, events and maintaining calendars.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries in a professional manner.

Writing and Communication:

Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of written materials, including emails, letters, blogs and newsletters.

Ensure all written communications are clear, concise, and grammatically correct.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners via email and phone.

Required Skills

Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Any experience in a professional services environment is a bonus.
