Job Title: Learner Enrolment / Course Coordinator

Location: Office Based

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Company Benefits 

Type: 9-12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Contract  

Duties:

Act as the first point of contact for learners, providing information, advice and guidance on suitable Courses / Programmes available.
Screen learners to identify any specific needs or reasonable adjustments.
Keep in regular contact with learners to evaluate the effectiveness of the course, and provide feedback to senior management, to ensure continuous improvement and learner success.
Ensure data is recorded efficiently and accurately.
Ensure learners are course-ready, providing relevant documentation, workbooks and preparation guides.
Work closely with the Trainers to ensure all learning material is ready and available, prior to course commencement.
Source and book delivery venues and arrange set-up of training facilities, equipment, and accommodation if required.
Responsible for arranging travel for Trainers, in and outside of the UK.Criteria:

Quick learner, who is able to learn a new ‘product’, providing advice and guidance to prospective customers.
Good I.T skills, with confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively.Please note:
