We’re working with a collaborative, growth-focused digital agency who are looking for an Account Manager / Account Director to manage a portfolio of retained clients. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring work is delivered smoothly, performance stays on track and relationships are nurtured, with clients who are genuinely lovely to work with.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts, maintaining strong, positive relationships
* Manage delivery of digital marketing campaigns and website projects
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard
* Support campaign strategy by contributing ideas and insights to client activity
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports that clearly communicate progress and opportunities
* Attend client calls, presentations and briefings, adding value through insight and recommendations
* Manage timelines, budgets and priorities across accounts
About You
* Extensive experience within agency environments, ideally working with B2B clients
* Confident managing retained client relationships and day-to-day communications
* Strong organisational skills, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
* Analytical and able to support reporting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative, positive, and keen to grow within a supportive agency
* Content experience is beneficial but not essential
