Our client is a small yet growing business who design and manufacture bespoke kitchen cabinetry to both commercial and domestic customers. Due to continued growth they are looking to bring in an experienced and dedicated production manager with a background in cabinet making/ joinery or woodworking.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 11 including shopfloor and design staff
oversee the day-to-day management of production
Manage materials, scheduling and production issues
Implement Lean techniques into manufacturing
Stay up to date with industry trendsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience as a Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
