As part of a continued growth strategy, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team. ? What You'll Do
* Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
* Manage and grow existing accounts with a consultative, solution-driven approach.

* Support the development of market-leading propositions and product launches.
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, including public speaking.
* Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and market intelligence.

? What We’re Looking For
* Degree-educated with formal sales training (e.g. SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman, or equivalent).
* Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the rail or engineering sectors.
* Excellent communicator and negotiator with a consultative mindset.
* Commercially astute and ethically grounded with strong follow-up and closing skills.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a field-based role.
* Full UK driving license required (travel to client sites essential).
