An exciting opportunity has opened up for experienced and detail-focused Valet / Detailers to join a dedicated team based in Coventry.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining a wide range of prestigious vehicles to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out detailed valeting tasks across a five-level valet programme (outlined below), ensuring all vehicles meet the highest presentation standards.
· Prepare vehicles for launch activities, press/media requirements, internal and external marketing events.
· Operate to strict quality, cleanliness, and delivery specifications.
· Handle vehicles responsibly while under your care and report any incidents immediately, following the required procedures for repair, recovery, or disposal.
· Maintain compliance with insurance, safety, and driving regulations while on-site or during limited local road use.
· Contribute to a clean, safe, and process-driven working environment.
Requirements
· Must hold a valid UK driving licence
· Aged 23 or over, and under 75
· Legally qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ continuous driving experience
· No more than 6 penalty points on the licence
What You’ll Need
· Proven experience in vehicle valeting or detailing, ideally within a luxury or specialist automotive environment
· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
· Ability to follow structured processes and meet defined service levels
· Full body paint correction experience
· Polish/mop experience
· Able to Apply ceramic coatings to a high standard
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· A proactive, team-oriented approach with a safety-first mindset
· Ability to follow detailed working instructions.
· Be proficient and experienced with all aspects of detailing and polishing and be willing to undergo a trade test.
· Washing and Valeting vehicles internally and externally to a high standard
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures and deliverables.
· Exposure to continuous improvement / lean tools.
