Engineering Team Lead - Maintenance Team Leader, Milton Keynes £55,000, Days Monday - Friday

An Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor is required to join the team within a FMCG Environment. The Team leader will have experience in leading and directing a team of maintenance engineers and carry out hands on maintenance to ensure the plant runs smoothly and efficiently.  
 
The Engineering Team Leader's key focus areas will be:
Manage a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers 
Scheduling and prioritising workload's
Conduct Risk Assessments
Optimise machine availability
Have excellent knowledge of health and safety
Improve KPIs
Minimise machine downtime
Prevent manufacturing lost time
Achievement of the Preventative Maintenance Plan
Generating continuous improvement ideas
Reactive Maintenance
 
The Engineering Team Leader  / Maintenance Supervisor will have experience of working as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating an understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably food processing, experience of working with manufacturing systems; related controls and instrumentation systems .
 
The successful Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Team Leader will have some the following qualifications:
BTECH, ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi skilled Engineering qualification, C&G, NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance
Time served apprentice
Multi-skilled Engineer
HNC level in electrical, mechanical or production maintenance engineering
 
This position would suit a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Team Leader, Electrical Team Leader, Electrical Supervisor
