A forward-thinking and growing law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Sales Executive to join its Residential Property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a client-focused mindset to play a key role in business growth.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, converting enquiries into instructions while delivering a seamless and professional onboarding experience.

The Role:

* Responding to new enquiries promptly and professionally

* Preparing accurate, transparent conveyancing quotations

* Proactively following up and converting sales leads

* Using the firm’s quoting platform to generate and issue tailored proposals

* Supporting smooth client onboarding and liaising with internal teams to open files

* Managing relationships with introducers and referral partners

* Monitoring performance, tracking conversion rates and reporting on KPIs

* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards

About You:

* Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

* Confident, personable and highly client-focused

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively

* Self-motivated, proactive and commercially aware

* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
