As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 4-19 who require personalised learning approaches and consistent, compassionate support.

Role: Complex Needs Assistant
* Location: Thatcham
* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
* Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care Graduates or experienced support workersAs a Complex Needs Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with daily routines and personal care where required
* Assist with sensory-based learning activities
* Help implement individual education and care plans
* Work closely with Teachers, Therapists, and medical professionals
* Provide consistent emotional reassurance and encouragement
