Our story

Founded in 2017 as Dawson Levy, Unify was created to deliver specialist engineering recruitment built on technical expertise and long-term client partnerships. As we grew, so did our vision. We rebranded to Unify, becoming part of a fast-expanding group of five specialist companies, creating a long-term platform for our consultants to build genuine careers, grow teams, and share in the success.

Our Group

Unify- Specialist recruitment across construction, civil engineering, facilities management, plant and engineering, renewable energy, water and wastewater, shipping and maritime, architecture, data centres, finance and accountancy.

Resolve- Managed service provider for equipment, plant and tool hire.

Rollo- Creative marketing agency helping clients build standout employer brands.

Carter Bond- Financial services including bookkeeping, payroll, umbrella solutions and CIS support.

Primus- Managed service provider delivering construction, maintenance and FM services.

Who we are looking for

* 1 year or more recruitment experience with proven billings

* Strong relationship builder and communicator

* Driven, competitive, ambitious but a team player
