Description

Managing and supporting a wide range of process safety activities across the Duxford site.
Driving the implementation of a sustainable process safety culture in partnership with EHS and PSM teams.
Ensuring alignment with Huntsman's Process Safety Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines.
Participating in Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
Supporting the commissioning and safe start-up of engineering projects.
Collaborating with the Huntsman Process Safety Centre of Excellence to develop and deploy best practices.
Leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement in process safety performance.Monday-Friday (Days Flexible Start Time)

Profile

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related discipline).
Proven experience in implementing and improving Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.
Solid understanding of risk identification and mitigation techniques.
Knowledge of failure mechanisms, protection systems, and their design principles.
Hands-on experience in engineering design and optimization across various unit operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
A proactive mindset, team spirit, and commitment to continuous learning and development. Job Offer
