Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package
My client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a successful and growing team, working on a new build traditional housing scheme in Buckinghamshire.
The Role: As Assistant Site Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality residential development. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of site operations, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on time, and to the expected standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor quality control and carry out snagging
Report progress and issues to the Site Manager
Support with site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Help drive the project through to successful handoverRequirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments
Knowledge of traditional build methods
Strong organisational and communication skills
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification
A proactive attitude and attention to detailWhat’s on Offer:
