Marketing Manager
My client is looking for a confident and capable Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing function. If you’re hands-on, creative, and commercially aware – this is your opportunity to shape and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and brand activity.
You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and continuously improving marketing performance across multiple channels. It’s a varied and autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, email, social, events)
* Managing website content (WordPress), SEO, and ongoing content creation
* Writing engaging blogs, case studies, and marketing copy
* Supporting lead generation efforts alongside the sales team
* Managing the marketing budget and analysing campaign performance
* Creating marketing collateral using tools like Canva
* Running social media channels and growing audience engagement
* Coordinating events, sponsorships, PR, and award submissions
* Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
What we’re looking for:
* Broad experience in a full-mix marketing role
* Strong digital marketing skills, including Google Analytics and UTM tracking
* Proficiency with tools like WordPress, Canva and Mailchimp
* Excellent writing and content creation skills
* A self-starter who’s confident managing campaigns end-to-end
* Detail-focused, commercially minded, and able to juggle multiple projects
