Pertemps are currently working with our public sector client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis in the Captains Road area of Edinburgh.

Location - Captains Road area of Edinburgh
Duration - Temporary, ongoing
Hours - Monday - Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only)
Pay rate - £13.48 per hour
Immediate start

The successful candidates will be:

Meeting customers upon their arrival at the centre
Answering queries from customers
Guiding customers to the relevant area of the building
Checking customers documentation
Scanning, photocopying and filing
Taking payments
Any other duties as required

You should have a proven track record in customer service in a face to face environment and be enthusiastic in your approach.
