Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a exciting new school in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant setting, starting immediately after the New Year break on 5th January.

Position Details:

Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Leicester City Centre
Start Date: 5th January
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Setting: SEMH SettingAbout the Role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children. Your responsibilities will include helping with phonics activities, supporting small groups with their development, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all pupils.

About You:

Must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
Have prior experience working within a school
Possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
Be proactive, patient, and adaptable, with strong communication skills.
Must be willing to undergo all necessary background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for a new one).Why Tradewind Recruitment?
