Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a Part Time basis (20 hours) and to join their team permanently.
This role is a hybrid opportunity and offering a salary up to £25,000 (Pro Rata).
The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and play a vital role in the Finance function.
Description
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager
Processing invoices and credit notes
Managing high volume of invoices
Ensuring invoices are coded and inputted correctly
General administrative duties
Assisting with queries
Assist in weekly payment runs
Adhoc duties Profile
The successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk:
Experience in a similar position
Experience in finance systems
Good Excel skills
Be a team player
Able to commute to their office in Sutton-in-Ashfield
