Management Accountant (Qualified)

The role

* Prepare of management accounts for our group entities, including preparing Income Statements, Balance Sheet, cashflows and other financial documents for analysis in accordance with FRS102

* Manage the consolidation process

* Maintain, document and support testing of our control environment and develop any remediation plans required with our compliance department

* Respect all deadlines including the month end / year end close deadlines

* Reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing month end journals including:

* Salaries, depreciatin, FX bank revaluations etc

*

* Preparing accruals and prepayments.

* Maintain Fixed Asset registers and updating depreciation file for FA

* Coordinate and maintain Inter-company cross charges and transactions via a matrix.

* Support AP and AR teams by:

* Overseeing the recnciliation of bank and HIF accounts prepared by AR and AP teams

*

* Oversee the recnciliation of the Ledgers.

* Maintain and analyse financial data for multiple entities.

* Research and reprt on factors that influence the company’s performance

* Providing information to GFC for Group reporting, Auditors, bank and relevant other statutory stakeholders by providing accurate working papers

Skills

* Must have a recognised accounts qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA

* Advance Excel knowledge

* Organised, methodical and analytical

* Enthusiastic, collaborative and a team player

* Working to tight deadlines

* Able to communicate at all levels

* Sage 200 experience would be an advantage
