Parts Manager required for one of the UK’s largest independent automotive body repair groups located in Cardiff.
 
The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is up to £30-32,000 basic salary, pending experience, with additional earnings around £3,600 per annum, however this can be exceeded.
 
Benefits:

Starting basic salary up to £30-32,000 per annum, pending experience.
Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing around £3,600 in bonus, however this could be exceeded. 
20 days holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service, capping at 25 days.

You are required to work a 42.5-hour week Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pmRequirements:

A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
