KS1 Teacher – Huddersfield
Start: January 2026 (or earlier for the right candidate)
Contract: Long-term / Ongoing
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher for a warm and friendly primary school in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality learning within a supportive school community.
The Role
Full classroom responsibility for a KS1 class
Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive, nurturing learning environment
Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Contribute to the wider life of the schoolAbout You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
Creative, motivated, and committed to pupil progress
A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum
