Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator – Durham / North East

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our dynamic Durham team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Performing accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems

* Producing clear, cost-effective repair estimates aligned with insurer and manufacturer guidelines

* Liaising with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflows

* Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers

* Completing all documentation accurately within required timescales

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator role within accident repair

* ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards)

* Strong Audatex knowledge and estimating skills

* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
