We're looking for someone to lead our Construction Mult skills Team of tutors at our new Nuneaton centre. Maybe you have experience of leading a team but on the construction side your experience is limited to DIY. Or perhaps you have been a teacher for years and are looking to move away from mainstream education. Whether you have team leading experience, teaching experience or construction industry experience or a combination of those things, we're interested in hearing from you. For us it is about finding a Lead Tutor who believes in developing potential, both in their team members and in the learners their tutors are supporting.

The young people supported on any of the learning programmes can vary considerably in their learning needs. They have often failed at school because they were “forced” into a learning approach that did not suit their specific needs.

The key focus for this role is to support, guide and direct the development of tutors delivering the Constructions Multiskills course as well as the young people enrolled on that course. As a Lead Tutor for our Construction Multiskills programme you will be working as part of and leading a team to generate creative ideas for ways to support very hard to engage young people.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated professional who is committed to confidentiality and passionate about sharing knowledge. This role requires someone who can build a strong rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds, inspiring and motivating them to reach their full potential.

Experience requirements:

Looking for someone with experience in at least two of these areas:

* Team leading or supervision experience

* Education sector knowledge and experience

* Teaching or tutoring experience

* Construction Industry knowledge and experience
