Job Title: Associate Director – Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Leeds, covering Yorkshire.
Salary: £60,000- £65,000 (negotiable depending on level of experience) + extensive benefits; car allowance + bonus + health and well being initiatives.
Kenton Black International is excited to be supporting one of the world's leading consultancies in their search for an Associate Director in Quantity Surveying for their growing Leeds office.

The Opportunity
We're keen to hear from people with a proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying/scheduling across the full lifecycle of schemes, across a variety of sectors; residential, leisure, commercial, public sector and industrial.
A snapshot of some of the responsibilities -
•Pre and post-contract duties, including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
•Employers Agent; overseeing project contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders for successful delivery.
•Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
•Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
•Producing monthly post contract cost reports and interfacing with the client at all project stages.
•Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.
•Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts.
