A large facilities management organisation is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join their dedicated team at a flagship site in Kings Cross. Based at the headquarters of a leading technology company, this pivotal role offers you the opportunity to lead and coordinate a team of engineers while ensuring the smooth running of all landlord electrical and mechanical maintenance services across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Shift Engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance management during your shift.
Coordinate and prioritise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance tasks to maximise site reliability.
Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, pumps, motors, and emergency lighting, are maintained to the highest standards.
Monitor building management systems (BMS) and site operations to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Respond decisively to emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid repair efforts to minimise operational impact.
Maintain accurate records, shift reports, and handover documentation, ensuring clear communication between shifts.
