Experience and Qualifications

Leadership experience in a Chemistry teaching role, ideally within an independent or boarding school setting

Qualified Teacher Status with Chemistry specialism

Strong knowledge of current examination specifications and curriculum frameworks

Excellent interpersonal and management skills to lead and develop staff
