We are recruiting for a Mechanical/Plumbing biased Maintenance Engineer to join a small, established team on a corporate head office site in Bristol.

This is a stable, long-term contract with over 5 years remaining, offering a relaxed working environment and a strong client relationship.

The Role:

General building services maintenance

*

Plumbing works including taps, sinks, toilet unblocking

*

Legionella checks and water flushing

*

Painting & decorating

*

80% planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

*

Reactive maintenance across a large commercial office building

All small works and installation projects are managed by specialist contractors — allowing you to focus purely on maintenance.

The Site:

Team of 2 Engineers plus 1 Supervisor
