Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operative to join a manufacturing company in Dagenham.

As a Machine Operative you will be responsible for operating & adjusting enclosing equipment to an optimum level ensuring that production requirements are being met and improved

Machine Operative Job Role

* Responsible for setting and running enclosing machines

* Responsible for loading all feeders with the correct stock

* Responsible for achieving productivity targets set by the company

* Carry out minor repairs/adjustments as required

* Understanding postal sortitions and making sure all presented correctly

* Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected taking responsibility for any team members assigned or working with you

* Responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity standards are achieved

* Follow and play an active role in the companies 5C plans and standards

Machine Operative Hours:

* 5 days one week, 2 days the next

* Including every other weekend

* 7am – 7pm

Machine Operative Skills Required:

* Experience with operating and setting a machine

* Previous experience working in a fast paced production environment

* Operating and setting a enclosing machine is a distinct advantage
