What you’ll be doing – Payroll Co-ordinator

* Supporting the finance team with accurate, timely payroll processing across a large, multi-site organisation

* Handling end-to-end payroll tasks including data entry, calculations, and reporting

* Resolving payroll queries from employees and ensuring accurate record-keeping

* Collaborating with HR and finance colleagues to ensure compliance and smooth operations during a busy period

What we’re looking for – Payroll Co-ordinator

* Previous experience in payroll, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site setting

* Confident using payroll systems and Excel, with strong attention to detail

* Solid understanding of PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments

* Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first attitude

* Experience in a shared services or centralised payroll environment is a bonus

* Salary of £26,000–£28,000 per annum (pro rata)
