We're working with a well-established letting agency looking for a reliable and experienced Mobile Electrician to join their maintenance team. This is a mobile role covering residential properties—mainly in the West End of Glasgow, with occasional travel to Edinburgh sites.
The Role:
You’ll carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of residential properties, including both voids and tenanted homes. Your work will help ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties for tenants and landlords alike.
Day-to-day duties include:
* PAT Testing, EICRs & EPCs.
* Electrical repairs and maintenance.
* Working in void/end-of-tenancy and occupied homes.
* Ensuring all documentation and compliance paperwork is up to date and accurate.
What You’ll Need:
* (BS7671) 18th Edition.
* UK Driving Licence.
* Experience in a busy repairs & maintenance setting (ideally residential).
* Strong attention to detail when it comes to compliance and paperwork.
Package:
* £33,000 salary.
* Company van + fuel card.
* 28 days holiday.
* Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
* Overtime available (paid).
* No on-call.
* Pension scheme.
* Immediate start available.
