Head of Design & Technology (DT) – Dudley

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent for the right candidate

I am working exclusively with a school who are seeking a Head of Design & Technology to join our vibrant secondary school in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative educator to shape the future of DT within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

About the Role:

Lead and develop the DT department, with a focus on raising standards and promoting creativity.
Deliver high-quality teaching in your specialist area (Engineering or Resistant Materials).
Support curriculum development and enrichment activities.
Provide strategic leadership and manage departmental resources effectively.

A passionate DT teacher with QTS and significant classroom experience.
Specialism in Engineering or Resistant Materials (essential).
