My client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Structural Technician to join our expanding team in Liverpool.

They deliver high-quality structural design across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, schools, and leisure developments. As they continue to grow, They’re seeking a motivated technician ready to step up and lead, with the opportunity to shape the future of the team and company.

What you'll do:
Produce high-quality drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit
Develop and review RC detailing and schedules
Collaborate with engineers and architects across multiple disciplines
Support and mentor junior technicians and take a lead role in project delivery
Contribute to the development of internal standards and processes
Be part of a close-knit, forward-thinking team passionate about design excellence

What the're looking for:
Proven experience as a Structural Technician
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and RC detailing is essential
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing standards
Experience leading teams and managing deliverables across multiple projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
