About the Role
Buildforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) frame development in Birmingham city centre.

This is a large multi-room scheme with approximately two years of continuous work, offering the opportunity to be part of a high-profile city centre project from the early structural stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

*

Setting out for RC frame and associated works

*

Interpreting and working from construction drawings and technical specifications

*

Managing QA documentation and site records

*

Carrying out as-built surveys

*

Coordinating with subcontractors and site management

*

Ensuring work is completed in line with programme, quality and safety standards

*

Supporting the site team with technical guidance where required

Requirements

*

Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on RC frame projects

*

Experience on high-rise or large multi-room developments preferred

*

Strong knowledge of setting out and surveying equipment

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Strong communication and organisational skills
