We’re working with a trusted client in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing space who is seeking an Estimating & Internal Sales Office Administrator. This is more than just an administrative role — it’s a vital position that sits at the heart of a busy, collaborative sales and estimating function.

You’ll play a key part in managing internal communications, supporting the production of estimates, and keeping client interactions smooth and professional. It’s a role for someone who takes pride in keeping things on track and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

The Role

Assist in the preparation and delivery of customer estimates and quotations

Maintain accurate and well-organised records within customer databases and CRM systems

Act as a communication link between the estimating team and other internal departments

Handle customer enquiries, ensuring they are responded to promptly and professionally

Support the internal sales team with administrative duties and project coordination

Track project timelines to help ensure key deadlines are met

Distribute sales quotations in line with team requirements

About You

Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within manufacturing or sales

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams

Comfortable using CRM systems or similar platforms

Able to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively across departments

A basic understanding of estimating or sales operations is advantageous but not essential
