We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a diverse London estate. This is a senior, hands-on role, ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high standards across major works and contractor performance.

Location: London (portfolio-based)
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per year + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee major works programmes across the estate

* Manage contractors and managing agents, ensuring compliance and quality

* Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance standards

* Provide hands-on technical guidance and strategic oversight

* Maintain accurate records and report on works, costs, and performance

* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and efficiency

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing complex estates or large property portfolios

* Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction practices

* Leadership experience with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
