Reporting to - Sales Director

Salary- £45,000-£51,000 DOE

Car allowance included

Location - Hybrid, Ashton-In-Makerfield

The role-

Lead, coach and develop the sales account managers
Focus on lead generation
Account relationship development
Pipeline Management

About you-

Proven sales experience, preferably in the bakery ingredients sector
Commercially minded
Able to analyse data, build commercial proposals and accurately forecast demand
Previous team management experience (open to speaking with candidates looking to take the next step into team leadership)
Strong record in new business generation, account management and pipeline development
Results driven
Collaborative mindset
Full UK driving license - willingness to travel and work flexibly as required (occasionally overseas)
