This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of electrical and electronic design engineers and drive excellence in product development, process adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a small team of electrical and electronic design engineers.

* Oversee design activities related to test equipment, automation, and control systems.

* Ensure compliance with internal design processes and facilitate effective communication across departments.

* Provide technical guidance in PCB design, including both digital and analogue circuits, using Altium Designer.

* Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience as a Time-Served Engineer.

* Proven experience managing or supervising an electrical/electronic design team.

* Hands-on experience in test, automation, or control systems design.

* Proficient in PCB design (digital and analogue) using Altium or similar platforms.
