Senior Team Leader – Solar PV

Location: Field-based / On-site across the UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + bonus + package

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Team Leader to manage Solar PV installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Solar PV installations across multiple sites.

*

Carry out site surveys, organise materials, and manage daily operations.

*

Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.

*

Liaise with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior engineers.

*

Act as the main on-site contact for clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in Solar PV installation or supervision.

*

Gold card or equivilent qualifications

*

Previous leadership experience

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
