An ambitious and high-performing secondary school in Bournemouth is looking to appoint a dedicated and talented Biology specialist to join their dynamic Science faculty as Second-in-Department. In This Role, You Will:

Teach Biology to GCSE and, where applicable, A-Level students

*

Support the Head of Science in curriculum development and team management

*

Take the lead on Biology-specific resources, tracking, and revision strategy

*

Mentor NQTs/ECTs and contribute to Science-wide CPD
