Prep chef required for a FISH FOCUSED kitchen towards the coast in south shields. This kitchen gets daily fish land in the kitchen, the sous chef and head chef will create fish specials each day. As a prep chef / commis chef you will be involved in the prep for this restaurant.

The role

As a prep chef you will be involved in the prep for this restaurant, this will include learning fish, you will also involved in vegetable andside prep. You will also be involved in prep for the none fish dishes as well. This role will include all the standard prep chef / commis chef duties.

Experience

We are looking for a prep chef / commis chef who wants to learn different type of prep.

* They also do none fish mains and sides

* Around the Jarrow / south shields area

* £minimum wage £12.21 (until April) and £12.71 (from April)
