Job Title: Process Cycle Analyst
Location: Colchester
Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on skill and experience)
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, potential for extension)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Cycle Analyst to join a leading manufacturing team in Colchester. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise process cycles to enhance productivity.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
Support lean initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Watch current processes and collate data to analyse.
Make recommendations to team leader and department manager on current processes and areas to improve efficiency.
Map current process cycles to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and drive change initiatives.
Conduct time and motion studies to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).What's on Offer:
