Mechanical Project Engineer
Full time - Contract role - £60/hour outside IR35

Are you an experienced Site Project Engineer with a mechanical bias?
Are you interested in a long-term contract outside IR35?
Do you have gas experience?

Then this might be an exciting project for you!

What will you be doing?
·You'll perform the review of site installation/design packs prior to sign off ahead of site works commencing.
·You'll review and produce RAMS for site installation activities.
·You'll coordinate RAMS and permitry to ensure they are in place within a timely manner to allow works to commence/progress.
·You'll collaborate in the design development and review processes with the Design Team to ensure design solutions are fit for purpose on site.
·You'll enable a successful transition from the Engineering design department through to successful site installation completion.
·You'll take responsibility for site installation material handling on site, ensuring quality assurance.
·You'll liase with the Engineering Team on technical issues raised on site by the Site Supervisor and Site Installation Team.

Where will you be doing it?
•Our client is a leading system integrator who will be installing gas analyser and metering systems onsite at Bacton.

What you'll need:
•Experience working as a Project Engineer,
•Experience working in the oil and gas.
