This position entails a large range of responsibilities and skills that are crucial to the successful management of the project. Primarily, managing all costs relating to the project, this involves seeking to minimise costs, while ensuring to meet the jobs needs, legal and quality measurements.

Overview (but not limited to)
- Manging project costs by communicating with client and overseeing material and labour costs while considering project duration and budgets.
- CEMAR Management– Draft Communications, System reports, Contacts
- Reporting – Weekly commercial reporting, cost reports, productivity reporting.
- Lead the Application for Payment process, ensuring all costs are recovered in accordance with the contract.
- Risk Management relating to cost, contracts and compliance.
- Estimating or forecasting the cost of labour, plant and materials required on the project to be reported to the commercial leads.
- Provide Commercial Support to site delivery, Project management and other stakeholders, including compliance to specific Task Order activity.
- Audits – Assist with final account close out of Task Orders of Defined Cost on this NEC 4 Alliance Contract based Contract.
- Record keeping – Ensuring sufficient records are kept and available for audit in the substantiation of costs in accordance with the contract.
- Stakeholder Management/Communication with the client, joint ventures, suppliers
- Support in Planning MEH Plant, Consumables and Equipment Requirements
- Assisting Procurement – Ordering materials, GRN, manage new suppliers and find the most cost-effective materials that suit the project, PO processing.
- Support and foster a positive Nuclear Safety Culture.

Qualifications/ Experience
- Experienced in use of CEMAR, SharePoint, Power Bi
- Proven history in large scale projects & NEC Form of Contract
- Degree (or working towards) in relevant discipline (or equivalent) preferable, though not essential subject to experience in the nuclear sector &/or other high hazard industries.
- Relevant Professional Accreditation (RICS, MCIOB, ACostE) is desirable.
