Purpose of the role: SEND Quality & Curriculum Lead

You will be championing Quality and Curriculum across the organisation, with a key emphasis on SEND. Working closely with curriculum teams and employers, you'll enhance learner outcomes and drive progress in achievement and social mobility.

SEND Quality & Curriculum Lead: Essentials

Teaching qualification (DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent)
Proven experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design and quality assurance
Experience supporting apprenticeship and post 16 learners
Willingness to travel for shadowing and employer visits
