Service Engineer (Plant) – District Heating
£30,000–£32,500 + bonus + van (personal use) | 40 hrs + on-call | London & South

Role
Maintain and repair plant in energy centres and plant rooms. PPMs, reactive callouts, fault finding, small repairs and projects. Keep records up to date and follow safe isolation.

Key tasks

PPMs on pumps, actuators, plate heat exchangers, pressurisation units, degassers

Diagnose and repair plant and pipework

Reinstate heat during callouts and resolve failures

Root cause review and basic improvements

Accurate online work orders and clear comms

You

Commercial Plant Engineer or similar mechanical background

Basic electrical competency and safe isolation

Heat network or plant room exposure is a plus

Full UK driving licence

Salary £30,750–£32,500 DOE
