We're looking for an organised, creative, and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our brand-new Approved Premises service.

? Please note: This role has an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practicing and professing Christian (Equality Act 2010).

? Support residents as they transition from custody to community life
? Build positive relationships and ensure safety, support, and structure
? Carry out inspections, monitor behaviour, and promote wellbeing
? Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
? Be a role model for Christian values and create a Christ-centred, hope-filled environment
